Thankful For You

You are such kind, encouraging, REAL women! I had no idea what to expect after my last post (I wasn't even sure if I was making any sense), but WOW! Your sweet comments were a HUGE gift! Writing has always been therapeutic for me, but YOUR WORDS were "a breath of fresh air"...not only to me, but to all who read them.

A new visitor to my blog wrote this about your words:
 "I am so encouraged reading all of your comments from these ladies...the realness...it is like a breath of fresh air!"
Today, I'm feeling a lot like the Velveteen Rabbit: very REAL. And it feels just right! {You can read my favorite passage from The Velveteen Rabbit here.}

Thank you for encouraging me in my realness, Sweet Readers.

With love and thanks,

P.S. A special thanks to Tara from Between You and Me for sharing my post with her readers. I'm humbled and honored that my words touched a heart as authentic and lovely as hers.

  1. I loved your words yesterday! So much that I came back two times to read them. I tried to comment but for some reason I couldn't.

    You are leading an army of woman past the lies! We need you & your transparent grace! Thank you. Blessings ~

  2. Happy Friday sweet Linsey. Through the good times and the bad, the best bloggers have each other's backs. It's so nice to see proof of this.

  3. I was checking out your "where to find me at" and I LOVE your farmer's market! I'm in Kansas City and right now there isn't much fresh produce. We have started cooking at home and not eating out ... ok I'm learning to cook and we are not eating out:)
    I am using as much whole foods & min. processed as I can.
    Do you grow your own garden or anything?

  4. Thank you, Anon. I'm honored that you would take the time to read once, much less twice!

    Tiffini, I would LOVE to grow my own veggies, but for now, it's just herbs. But one of these days, I hope to stop wishing and thinking and just go for it! I have a lot of posts on my heart about food. Maybe I'll write them soon!

    Haooy weekend to you, T!

  5. Happy Weekend, my friend.
    love getting to know you.....
